Hart's Hotel & Restaurant in Nottingham is a well-established and highly-regarded establishment. They wanted to launch an email marketing programme befitting their status and branding.

Building on the hotel's established brand identity, we have designed and started to deliver a regular series of HTML emails, incorporating list management features that enable them to target specific messages to specific audiences based both on what they already know about their customers and also on how they respond to the emails.

Our first campaign for Hart's resulted in over 400 people contacting the hotel to enter a competition. The hotel's Business Development Manager hailed the campaign as a "massive success" and said: "We're very pleased!"
